Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner.
Estimated delivery within India: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, strikes, courier issues), for which we are not responsible.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any additional taxes, duties, or regional charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can use this ID to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or if the recipient is unavailable.
In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or solution as per our policy.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally. Orders are delivered only within India.
